1. Leaving certificate shall not be issued unless applied for in person by the parents in the prescribed form and all the outstanding dues are cleared.
2. Fees will be due as long as no note of withdrawals is received and the pupil’s name remains in the roll.
3. One month’s advance notice of withdrawal is required failing which one month’s fee will have to be paid.
4. If the pupil is withdrawn in April, fee for the month of May will have to be paid.
5. Notice of leaving the school shall be given before the beginning of holidays; otherwise fees for the first month of the following term will have to be paid.
6. The transfer certificate will be issued after seven days after the date of receipt of the application and after submitting ‘No dues certificate’.
7. Rs 100/- will be payable for issue of transfer certificate.
